Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 1jj9 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://1jj9.cam and all associated services, content and features offered therein.

1jj9 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed to serve Pakistani users. The platform provides educational content on sports betting markets, live casino games, cricket betting guides, payment method information and responsible gambling tools. We do not hold a Pakistan gambling licence and do not claim authorisation from any Pakistani governmental authority, including but not limited to the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), or any provincial regulatory body.

Definitions

Acceptance of Terms

Account Eligibility

To register for and maintain an active account on 1jj9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator or the laws of the applicable licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
3. You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction in which accessing gambling services is unlawful.
4. You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register or have previously requested self-exclusion from this Platform or its operator.
5. You must not have had a previous account suspended or terminated by 1jj9 or its affiliated operator for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
6. You must use your own accurate personal details when registering. Impersonation, false identity or the use of another person's credentials is strictly prohibited.

We expressly reserve the right to refuse account registration or to close any existing account where, in our sole determination, eligibility criteria have not been met or cannot be confirmed. We do not make representations as to the legality of gambling in any specific jurisdiction — users bear sole responsibility for compliance with applicable local law.

Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and permanent suspension of all related accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• 1jj9 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• We reserve the right to require additional identity verification (KYC) prior to processing any withdrawal or upon reasonable suspicion of account misuse.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the operator's payment terms, KYC verification requirements and the applicable policies of the relevant payment service provider. The following provisions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

The following general principles apply to all bonus activity on the Platform:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. Example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× rollover requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets to be completed. All illustrative figures — verify live terms on-platform.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum permissible bet applies while bonus funds are active. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture and potential voiding of associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at varying rates toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while table games, live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at lower rates. Consult the promotion-specific terms for the applicable contribution schedule.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period commencing from the date of issue or activation. Unused bonus funds and incomplete wagering requirements are forfeited upon expiry.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules prior to placing any bet or wager.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed through the platform interface. Cancellations or amendments after confirmation are not permitted except as expressly provided in the operator's bet cancellation policy.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure or data feed disruption affecting bet settlement, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 1jj9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for the purpose of circumventing account limits, accumulating bonuses or evading previously imposed restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised.
• Engaging in collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity that manipulates the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using the Platform to conduct or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical vulnerabilities or system errors. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately upon discovery.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any support interaction.
• Using another person's account, payment method or personal information without their explicit and verifiable consent.
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, threatening behaviour or hate speech directed at support staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful without having disclosed this to the Platform and obtained any requisite authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, service marks, logos, text, images, graphics, software, data compilations and other intellectual property published on or accessible through the 1jj9 Platform are the exclusive property of 1jj9 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from Platform materials.
• Use the 1jj9 name, logo or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship without our express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform for commercial or non-personal purposes.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The 1jj9 Platform and all Services provided therein are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jj9 expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

1jj9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of any information published on the Platform. Users rely on Platform content at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1jj9's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the total fees paid by the user to the Platform in the preceding twelve (12) months or (b) PKR 10,000, whichever is lower. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

1jj9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or reputational harm, arising from or connected to your use of the Platform.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage and processing of personal data submitted to 1jj9 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data including but not limited to name, date of birth, residential address, email address, contact number and payment information solely for the purposes of account management, security verification, KYC compliance, customer support and service improvement. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Responsible Gambling

1jj9 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help users maintain control over their gambling activity. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options.

Suspension & Termination

1jj9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory directive or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• Reasonable belief that the account is being used for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• User-initiated account closure request.

Upon termination for cause, the Platform reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balances, including pending withdrawals, where such forfeiture is justified by the nature of the breach. Where termination is effected without cause, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

Users who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending bets and active bonuses may be subject to specific treatment upon account closure — confirm these details with support before initiating closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1jj9 holds its operating licence, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation. This governing law clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct negotiation. We commit to acknowledging all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to providing a substantive response within twenty (20) business days.

If internal resolution is not achieved, the dispute may be referred to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by the operator's licence authority, if applicable. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing law jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Amendments to These Terms

1jj9 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. We will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or on-platform notification within a reasonable period prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
